Wednesday, December 20, 2023 is a 1/2 day for students. Dismissal is at 11:15.

Christmas Spirit week

November 1-Makeup picture day. Any student that was absent on the original picture day or any student that is new to GPES will have pictures made. Any student that returned their picture proof packet and spoke to be will have retakes done as well.

October 30....Fall Celebration Parties. Students may dress up as their favorite book character. No masks or props please.

October 30..Red Ribbon Events continue...Wear your favorite high school or college clothing/Jerseys.

Friday, October 27, Red Ribbon Day 5-Pajama Day. All grdes will also be participating in Walk to School Day, so please make sure all students wear appropriate walking shoes to school instead of bedroom shoes or slippers.

Thursday October 26-Red Ribbon Week, Day 4-Wear old school clothes and dress in 50's 60's and 70's clothes. Kona Ice will also be here!!!

Kona Ice will not be coming tomorrow due to the rain that has been predicted for tomorrow. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 22.

Parents, just a friendly reminder that next Friday, February 3rd is the last day to order a yearbook through the school. You may pay by cash or check. The online ordering will be available only until Sunday, February 5th. If you plan on ordering your child a yearbook please do so before then. We will only have a few extra copies for sale on yearbook day and those will be sold on a first come basis. Thank you!
